Serve Scents Differently means taking responsibility for how we work, how we select partners and how we support customers. As a global sourcing and supply platform for aroma ingredients, Enscent focuses on responsible partner selection, product and regulatory documentation, respect for human rights, ethical business conduct and continuous improvement.

Our model is asset-light: manufacturing, warehousing and logistics are carried out by selected partners, so our responsibility is to ask the right questions, review available information, communicate limitations honestly and follow up where improvement is needed.

Sustainability and product carbon footprint

On sustainability, we support renewable and biobased options where they are technically, commercially and regulatorily relevant. We also work progressively toward better Product Carbon Footprint data.

PCF information depends on supplier data and methodologies that are not yet fully harmonized. We therefore do not make unsupported low-carbon claims. We collect reliable information where available and help customers make better-informed sourcing decisions.
